Begin each day by offering all your thoughts, words, and actions to God for His greater glory.

O Jesus, through the Immaculate Heart of Mary,
I offer You my prayers, works, joys, and sufferings of this day
for all the intentions of Your Sacred Heart,
in union with the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass throughout the world,
for the salvation of souls, the reparation of sins,
the reunion of all Christians,
and in particular for the intentions of the Holy Father this month.
Amen.
Apostleship of Prayer
Alternative Form
O my God, in union with the Immaculate Heart of Mary,
I offer You the Precious Blood of Jesus from all the altars
throughout the world, joining with It the offering
of my every thought, word, and action of this day.
O my Jesus, I desire today to gain every indulgence and merit I can,
and I offer them, together with myself, to Mary Immaculate,
that she may best apply them to the interests of
Your Most Sacred Heart.

The Practice of Offering Your Day
The Morning Offering is a prayer of consecration that transforms ordinary daily activities into spiritual offerings. By praying it upon waking, Catholics unite their entire day with the sacrifice of the Mass and offer everything to God through the Immaculate Heart of Mary.
This practice is associated with the Apostleship of Prayer, founded in 1844 and now known as the Pope's Worldwide Prayer Network. Each month, the Holy Father announces specific prayer intentions, and those who pray the Morning Offering join in these global intentions.
The prayer transforms mundane tasks - work, conversations, meals, rest - into acts of love and reparation. Even sufferings and difficulties become meaningful when offered in union with Christ's sacrifice on the Cross.
